Well after a horrbile wait, the day is nearly here, tomorrow morning at 8.30 AM i go to pick up my HB/W Cooper S, and i really can't wait now!!!

I can't believe how quick 3 months has gone, i think Euro 2004 help alot

So i wondered who is is getting there S tomorrow??
If you are, what spec are you getting, and what is the plan for tomorrow??

Congrats on the new ride. I am not getting a new one tomorrow, sorry, but I remember the horrible wait while mine was at the dealer. I waited five months but the last few days were the worst. The break in period is also a little painful, but I highly reccomend following it. I now have 36,000 miles on my 03 and it runs great, no oil loss and the engine feels stronger every day.
I am really liking the Hyper Blue. Indi was my second choice behind red when I bought mine. I would get HB today if I ordered. Are you getting the matching interior? Please post up some pix when you get a chance.

Hi there!!

I'm so excited too. i also get my mini tomorrow and haven't been able to sleep for weeks. i ordered my car and then decided i'd better learn to drive and so only passed my test 2 weeks ago!!! it's been a bit tight but since i passed i've been on another planet. went down to see the car at the dealers last week and it was sooo cool. am gonna be down at the dealers 9.00 tomorrow and my friends are so excited too that one has taken the afternoon off work so i'll come round and see him. it's just so beautiful- can't wait to drive it!!!!

i'm back from uni and my dad's been leaving me mini presents on my bed each night like mini clothes and stuff. i'm going to watch the italian job with him this afternoon and have got all of his back issues of autocar out so i can read reviews etc.!!!

What a first car you are going to have as well, what did you go for??

I had made my way up th models now, i started with a One, when got my Cooper and now my S, and i have to say that they are all fantastic cars, so much fun!!

And also mikeoconnor1 i have gone for the Hyper blue dash, if that is what you are talking about??
I am really excited to see what it looks like with it. I was at the dealer on Saturday, and there was a Chili red cabrio in there, with a red dash, and it was lovely, just something really different!!

I will post pics up here as soon as i can. The only bad news is, is that once i collect the car, i have to go back to work!!
But hey i am going to go to the cinema in the evening, and i am honestly going because i want to see the film, not because it takes 30mins to get there!¬!

I get my new Cooper S HB/W tomorrow to replace my trusty IB/W Cooper (not that it could ever really be replaced). Really looking forward to it

Excited as I am, my son (who's going with me) is freaking out, he'll probably need a sedative before bed.

I have a Sony Ericsson HCB-30 Bluetooth kit all ready and waiting to drop into it and half a lorry load of Meguiars NXT wax to slap onto the paintwork for some added protection.

I've still to see Hyper Blue in the flesh but I've seen enough pictures now to know that I've made the right choice.

I've been told by the dealer that this is the first Hyper Blue that they've put out and indeed it will be the 1st Hyper Blue car in Scotland.

More than likely this is just sales persons waffle, but does anyone else out there from Scotland have a Hyper Blue car yet, or seen one on the road

Hope everyone else gets their car OK and has as much fun as I know I'm going to have
