Offline | high mileage S should i be put off by a 40k + cooper s not so much worried about the engine but would one be getting to the time it could be wanting suspension / brakes etc steve |

![]() Hacking the IBUS | Well if it has had TLC you can be sure it was serviced upto date. I would check the Discs though and especially the pads on the breaks. Wouldn't worry about the suspension as it will still be under warranty and depending on Price-if it's a bargain, go for it ![]() |

| MINI2 Global Moderator | My MINI Cooper has over 50k miles on it and the only thing it needed has been brake pads on front and rear. Wouldn't worry about it too much, but if you're about to cover loads of miles I would look for a lower mileage car, if only for the resale value at the end of your ownership ![]() the MINI has gone... |
