Eibachs are by far and away your best bet in my opinion. its a sensible drop, competitively priced and gives the best performance from a spring. definately the best suspension mod from a price vs performance compromise

if you do a search you'll find masses of stuff on here about eibachs, but anything I've read suggests that there aren't any problems with rubbing. It does depend on the wheels/tyres you've got on, but as long as you're not going super wide, I don't see why they would rub...

just make sure you wheels have an offset of between 40 - 50 to be supper safe, and try to stick under 7.5" wide, but lotsa MINI owners with 18x8" wide wheels have reported no problems.

Hope that helps

Smoked, what aftermarket wheels are those? Very nice indeed!

You must get your car aligned after having springs installed - or face uneven tire wear.

I have Eibach Pro Kit springs (2005 Cooper S), Eibach front and rear sway bars and Eibach rear control arms. See pic here: 2005 Cooper S - Eibach suspension

Good luck.

No, you don't need to get camber plates. Make sure you do find someone reputable to do the alignment. I had my alignment done twice at Discount Tire Center with their "state-of-the-art" equipment, but they never got it right. Then I took it to Clark's House of Suspension (in Southern California) and he got it right.
