Offline | True, but then you wouldn't get that lovely beading effect when it does rain  . Although, if you never waxed, then it would never rain, so you wouldn't notice the beading effect anyway (if that makes sense  ) |

Offline | Hi from a Newbie Got my secondhand (cherished!) Mini Cooper S 5 months ago, and thought I would say hello. Nov 02 car(on a 52 plate) I bought it in May 05. Dark Silver with Black roof MCS As Bought: Full Leather. Chilli pack Boost Stereo (now replaced) Tinted Windows (heavily tinted by the look of others) Black Mirror caps 17in (think they are S-Lites) with Pirelli Runflats (Hard wearing but not very grippy) Xenons with washers (Only found out how the wash works from this site!) Mods: Sony MP3 HU put in to replace Boost (1st visit to Mikeythemini) Mini storage trays around the Gear stick (least cost, most used mod!) Mini cargo net for the boot (again very low cost, but much used) Electric folding Wing mirrors (from the fob) (2nd visit to Mikeythemini) Autoclosing Windows (included in the 2nd mikey visit) iPod Adapter to the Sony HU (again - Mikey) Now pondering about the next upgrade(s)! Offline | Hi All, taking delivery of my 05 November DS/B mini cooper S on Saturday 12/11/05 !! Chili pack, with LSD, xenon's+washers, DSC, TC, HK stereo with ipod connection, darkened rear 3 windows, bullet alloys (now std fit on cooper S chili kit by the way, not S line's), black bonnet stripes, half leather interior black octagon, multi finction steering wheel, . other than that its std cooper S chili - Cant wait....... thinking of having monchrome union jack in near future (when i get paid next !) |

Offline | Picked up my 04 MCS in Dark Silver with Black roof (with monchrome union jack)and mirrors late last week. Chilli Pack, Harmon Kardon, Xenon with wash, 17" bullets, auto wipers. My first mini and I am well happy with it. Drove through the country lanes down to Stroud from Hinckley - what a drive!! |
