Hi

Going to order my Pepper White MCS (hopefully)

tonight and would just like some views on black bonnet stripes or viper stripes.

I'm going for black roof and mirrors and did originally think of black bonnet stripes but just seen the pic Stripey's posted of the HB and think it looks well smart.

Now I'm wondering about viper stripes.

Are they still called this if you don't want them to go over roof too?

Pamster check out my mini on page 1 of this thread as i have the vipers with a black roof so they don't go all the way over. The only thing with them is that often i think they are a bit too thin on some minis i have seen. Also im not sure if the BMW ones go all the down the car like mine which i think is a bit of a shame. So what im saying is check to see what the BMW ones are like then go with them if you're happy or don't be afraid to leave it plain and get them done once you get the car! Hope this helps in some way!

I'm about to order an 06 MCS in Pepper White but I'm having a dilemma between a black or white roof. I've seen pics of both and they both look awesome! Help...

I've been working extra days the past week or so and haven't had time to check the forums. Great to see more pics and posts!
I have the tow hook in as a joke, kind of. All the folks who race and autocross keep theirs in and I just decided to look "cool", too! I am actually planning my first autocross this spring and will probably remove it when I go so I don't look like a newbie know-it-all.

I got PW/PW as it seems to be less common than PW/B.

I also just like the way the car looks when it's all one solid color.

Hi

Yes too late! Ordered my PW/PW 1 1/2 weeks ago

As it's PW with Black roof I decided to go with bonnet stripes. Didn't think viper's would look as good if they didn't go all the way. Actually have seen PW/B on the road since which had vipers on bonnet and down back and it did look good but sticking with what I've ordered.

It arrives on 1st March. Can't wait

I hate to admit this however deep down I some times wish I had taken a PW/PW

Don't get me wrong, I like the black top, but keeping it scratch free is near impossible for me. One wrong move on my part at the wash last year cost me a whole afternoon with with the swirl mark remover
