My '05 US spec MINI S arrived only 1 week after the build week. On a whim thought I'd drive by the dealer and there she was. Dealer just has to prep and install my R99 wheels and alarm. Can't wait for delivery! See pic in gallery...

That's exactly the color I thought of going for when I bought my MCS. I went for the white roof and stripes instead, but I really like the black as well. Your MCS is really well spec'd as well.

Thanks SuperCharged! I like your combo as well. Deciding on the color is so hard. I almost equally like the black/black, pepper white/black, or dark silver/black. About the only thing I knew for sure is that I wanted a black roof. Where I live there are MINIs everywhere as we buy factory direct through a BMW military sales program. I think I've seen every color combination...usually in a single day! Besides the hyper blue looking so good on the outside, it makes the inslide come alive. That's truly what sold me. I definitely plan to fo some moddin', but will wait until I move back to America in a few years. For now, I'm saving up for my next purchase, a new Boxster. Just need to sell my Bimmer this fall...

Awesome Mini, Stevie! I have almost the exact same spec except I ordered the web spokes.

So how do you like the Mini brand alarm? I decided to get it also, but the dealership installation makes it an expensive option.

How much is the alarm in the States? We pay 270 Euro ($324) here in Germany.
