Yes as far as I know.

But why are you thinking of cancelling your order?

United-Kingdom Legal rights.

you will have a cooling off period........depends how you are purchasing......and what paperwork you have already signed....and if you used a credit card. But why the second thoughts........have another test drive and have another look at cars for a similar price and size..... MINI is not perfect.........but it's close

Left hand drive version

Your deposit may be refundable, it depends on the dealership and there policies.
If you want a left hand drive version, you can buy one in this country, you will need to go to BMW/MINI Park Lane in London, and you can specify, a left hand drive version and has an Italian spec.
I would think very carefully, before going ahead, you must be sure to check everything before you sign on the dotted line, with your sales executive.

I expect if I ordered from that dealer the waiting list would be so long that I would already have gone to Italy

I cancel car orders all the time! (I buy cars for a living.) Be nice to the dealer, and you will probably get away with it. Who's the dealer? I might know someone there? If it's not in-build, you should not be penalised.

Not necessarily

You say in your previous posts that you only have 3 months until the move why not call BMW/MINI Park Lane tomorrow, they will not be there today??

She works in Corporate Sales for Scothall. Maybe not Watford. I do buy BMW/MINI from you guys, you are one of our preffered suppliers. You must be good! I'm sure Scothall would be generous with the deposit issue, I've never had a problem with the group.

You know where i am if you need any cars supplying, I know that you use the Scotthall group (Jardine motors) for supplying your cars for other car makes.

Miles

P.s. I am not sure about the diposit issues, i think that jeff90 needs to talk to the sales manager at the dealership that he is buying the MINI from, it is up to him/her weather he gets his money back, if the car hasn't gone into build then they might be understanding. I just don't know how Castle Mini York work?
