United-Kingdom Bumper Replacement

I have a UK 54 plate MCS. Unfortunately my better half backed it into my old man's car last week. Having recovered my composure and regained consciousness on hearing the quote for a new bumper from my local dealer, I tracked down a used bumper. Great condition - only potential problem is that it seems to be from a pre facelift car and therefore has side reflectors. Does anybody know if this will fit ok before I remove the old one?

not sure but i cant imagine bm changing out the mounting for the bumpers, wouldn't make sense for them to do that...
