Offline | Went Karting today Karting.. HOW MUCH FUN??! It should be made compulsory in this country that everyone has to go karting on Fridays.. and its free of course. I love it. But my point here is. Last time I went Karting, I had a VW Corrado which was a great handling car and all that but felt sooo boring after the karts. Today, came out and my MCS felt just as good as the karts did. When it says in the brochure about gokart handling, they're pretty close to the measure. Obviously you aint gonna get a MINI around a kart track easily but in the real world.. wow.. it does drive sooo much like a kart in the handling department. Cept its a LOT LOT LOT faster (and smoother, more refined etc, with leather etc)!!! The LSD really is the cream on the cake that just takes it such a step further in a bend. MINI. Luxury gokart. ![]() |

| MINI2 Senior | Where did you go m8? A few weeks ago 12 of us went to Buckmore Park and it was amazing. We had Thunder Karts in the rain on a 2 Hr endurance. Aboslutely great. Most of us were aching for a few days afterwards. Karting is something everyone has to do at one point or another. You don`t know what you`ve been missing if you`ve NEVER been. |

Offline | It was somewhere in the north of Leicestershire. Formula1 Karts or something.. about 20mins drive from Notts. We did Le-Mans style, so we were in teams of 4 and kept swapping drivers every 15 mins. Only did around 30mins driving in total, but it was ace! ![]() |

| 05 MCS BEP | It's FREE??? WOW!!!! Where? I guess not in Canada .Like you, I would suggest everybody go out and do a few laps around a goKart track (with goKarts). Then not the similarities of that and driving our MINIs. It would be a good way to learn to control our MINIs in the real world too. |
