Hi Guys,

Finally the Sound Kit is out, which is great, but the JCW site also shows sports suspension, strut brace and better brakes. Is all this stuff available too? I could swear someone said they had the strutbrace but for some reason it says for Cooper S only on the website.

yeah the web says stunt brace is for ther 'S' only but my local dealer said they bwould fit it to a cooper (shame im broke

) but the suspension is for the cooper as well but if you have a one or a one D it has to have been fitted with sports suspension (cooper standard)

for the price of the JCW suspension why not just go and get some quality coilovers..

the strut brace does fit the cooper and one... just needs a little mod to the battery cover... nothing big...

Do you know what the JCW suspension actually consists of? And the price? It looks like a springs and damper set..so i don't see why a One couldn't have them? The diesel is heavier so would require a different set up. Perhaps they don't want to offer it on the One for marketing reasons?

Anyway, i know i can get better elsewhere but i'm not losing my warranty/TLC package!

you wont loose your warranty or TLC but it just wont cover them thats all.

And eeuuuuh, I have the JCW strut brace fitted on me Cooper

without any battery cover or other mods

yeah jcw is desinged to also fit the culb sport cooper i think but would rarther have a set of eibch coil overs than jcw suspension but lets face it a cooper only really needs new spings wich is what im going for next year along with a set of toyo proxes tr1's along with a play mini zuast and poss a bmp carbon induction kit but would also rather have the brakes done with the money the suspesion would cost

This could be an expensive question here, but does anyone know the price of the JCW strut brace?

And is it a stealer fit or can you DIY it?
