Offline | I love my MINI Picked up my new MINI Coop on 17th July, and just had to share my total enthusiasm for my new baby with all at MIN2. MINI MOO arrived, as planned, with the correct spec, minus rain sensors (no hardship) and it was total and utter love at first sight. I had anticipated my new baby being a girl, but after 2 days, I was forced to admit, this was no girl, not even a tomboy-but a full blooded BOY. And so to the rest... Mr. MOO, I am glad to say, is perfection itself..no left pull, no squeaks, rattles etc, no weird seat mechanism, and has so far returned a very respectable 37mpg. I'm afraid I've descended into total "first-time mother paranoia". I worry for his safety, wash him diligently, and expect everyone to love him as much as I do. Hope everyone is as happy with their "offspring" as I am. Here's some pics of my MOO.. |

Offline | Lovely car...I can understand why you are so overwhelmed.....it happened to me in Dec.last year....love and adoration at first sight. If I see a crumb on the floor I just about "pass-away". A smudge on the body-work and my life has virtually come to an end. What has happened to me??? I used to be a..... "car gets me from A-B, so who cares what it looks like"...... kind of girl, but since FLOSSIE arrived, I have transformed into an avid MINI fan !!!!! Love all the stuff to do with the MINI,and the runs are just great fun !!!!! Hope you can join us at the next one which will hopefully be in August sometime. We are desperately in need of some more female representation.....all that testosterone flying about is not a good thing !!!!!!!! Welcome..........Annette ![]() |

Offline | I see! Two nations divided by a common language Yes, some parts of Kirkcaldy are really nice, the older properties especially. They have some great views across the Forth Estuary as well. |

Offline | Thanx for all your support and nice comments about the new love in my life..It does help to know I'm not going totally bonkers, coz, like Trixie, I most definetely used to beleive a car got you from A to B, full stop! Glad to hear you're also enjoying your silver coop Ken, will look out 4 you and yours in Edinburgh. PS. the house in the pics belongs to my mum and dad-they were taken on a recent visit home to show off my new arrival-my own house is a much more modest affair! ![]() |

Offline | LOADS of gorgeous roads up here in Scotland! Can't wait to get some time off to go exploring the winding roads of the west coast especially. That'll have to wait tho, coz off on hols to Switzerland soon, and will have to leave baby MOO behind. Sob. Said MOO is still giving hours of fun, with absolutely no disappointments; now have 1600 on the clock and he just gets better by the day! Have seen quite a few beautifual MINI'S on my travels-fab yellow cooper toady, near Perth, I just love seeing MOO'S siblings-makes me smile everytime. |

Offline | Hiya Fifi I have sent you a rather long email to your MINI2 address.....telling you all about a group of us who have started to meet up every couple of months for a MINI RUN. Didn't post it onto this page as didn't want to bore everyone. Anyway....have a look at it and maybe we will see you on our next run. Bye....Annette ![]() ![]() ![]() |
