I didn't quite on purpose, I wanted to show the erratic driving and excesive contamination, besides I was hauling in 3rd as I was holding the camera with one hand and sometimes did not have the power to pass... but the point was the truck's driving and contamination...

I've never been to Puebla, but I've been told that it's a beautiful city. I wish you had driven your MINI through a nicer area of your city in order to show it off!

Unfortunately I bought it in Puebla. It was a great ordeal where I ended up driving the most expensive MINI in Mexico. I got my MINI delivered the friday before they went into a 10% discount with the dollar at one peso less, remember that in 2003? Anyhow my dealer did a very wrong doing with the invoicing making it look like they gave the discount but actually didn't, after an audit by BMW de Mexico my dealer got fined $20k and I got sh%&t, so if you add the $24k I paid and add the $20k for the fine, doing the math I must be driving the most expensive MINI in Mexico.

I'm still quite mad at the whole deal and that is why I don't post much at forums or do any MINI promotions or events like I do with other brands...

I wanted to do this with MINI but after all the crap I had to take from BMW de Mexico and VECSA the dealer in Puebla, I'm fed up with the brand...

Still I enjoy the MINI which I actually bought for my wife and also added a classic MINI to the garage... so I'm happy with the car but can't stand the idiots at BMW Mexico and the prick owner of the dealer in Puebla...

BTW MINI2 is agreat place...

I have been as far south as Ensenada ( not with my MINI

) . and I do agree with you - the pollution is horrible and the driving is scary at best

Gee! Thanks for those two videos! They really do show the beauty of Puebla and also the beauty of your MINI!!!

I've also checked the links to the Porsche site that you mention. All those Porsche photos are really nice! I specially enjoyed the ones of the vintage Porsches!
