Who had their Sea mist green Cooper in Portland, ME this weekend? It was lookin' might kewl!!! Saw it down along Commerce Street.

Mine will be here soon. It is on the boat as I type this. Maybe two more weeks if all goes well.

I've got a silk green, but it wasn't me ... at least not yet. Today my wife and I planned our first big Mini motor trip which will begin with a jaunt from Albany, NY, to Portland, Maine, to catch the ferry to Nova Scotia, then up around Nova Scotia and back along the Bay of Fundy and coast of Maine. We're doing this starting Sept. 15. I'm guessing it may be a bit chilly by then. When is peak leaf season up there? Around here it's the first week of October.

Hubby and I are driving up to Bath for a work assignment. So if you see a SG around the end of October, wave and say "hi."

nice place and everything, the floating resteraunt was amazing. i'll never forget that place

Hmmmm, cool to know that there are some up there. I have seen a Red/White one in Augusta, when I go up to visit my parents. I also hope to see many this summer when I visit Old Orchard Beach.

Yeah Dimillo's, used to be an old Ferry turned into a resturant. Sits right on the Harbor. Was better years ago, but the last time I went, you were better going in for lunch.

i'm gonna try and come back to Maine this year in fact. The place is brilliant. I'm one of those people that likes relaxation over the hustle and bustle of New York type places.

I live in Yarmouth and spoke to gentleman driving a sg MINI. I think he linves here in town. That might be the one. What year did they make that color. I did not see it when I ordered my 05.

I love my silk green, which looks so much better in real life than the early pictures did. That's probably why not many were sold. I don't remember the exact date the color was canceled, but I believe it was only that first model year that it was available. Mine still turns heads in upstate New York. If you are passing through Albany and see a silk green with the license plate MINICOOP, that's me.
