Offline | I love my MINI and so do many other people When I told friends and family that I had ordered a yellow mini cooper most of them said "err yellow". But now that they have seen it in the flesh and had a cruise in it they say that they really like it. I love it, these mini 2's are fab! every angle you look at it looks great. It turns many heads, young and old. |

Offline | Re: I love my MINI and so do many other people I know what you mean. I had a group of seniors asking questions and raving about my MINI yesterday at the local diner, this was right after seeing two little boys grinning and pointing at it. One gentleman offered to trade me his boat of a sedan for my Cooper. They clearly knew what a MINI was as well, which I thought was interesting since so many folks over here still don't know about it. |

Offline | I took my silk green Mini to a concert by the Philadelphia Orchestra up at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center in upstate NY (thanks to my dealer, Keeler, which hosted the event and gave me a pair of tickets). I got there early and got a parking place in the first row of the lot, near the entrance gate. It proved to be a great advertisement for Keeler. A small crowd gathered around the car as I was leaving. One very elderly gent, must've been in his mid-80s at least, came over with a big grin as we were about to drive off and said, "You're going motoring. You motor, not drive, in a Mini." I swear, the grin on his face took a decade or two off his age, and I imagined him behind the wheel, motoring through the nearby Adirondack Mountains. Paul |
