Need help with service indicator!

I have got a 1600 mini cooper on a 51 plate and need advice on how to turn out my service indicator?
I used to take it to BMW for its service but now a friend does it for me and he doesnt know how to reset the indicator..........iv recently had a service and desperately need to get it reset. Im sure this is something i could do myself if there is anyone that thinks they could give me instructions?????

The little clock symbol indicates your brake fluid is over due its two year renewal point. When you first turn the ignition on press in the odometer button and it will give you a figure with a minus sign in front, this is the amount of days you are over due. Do a search on the forum and you will find the sequence to reset it.
