Rear Spoiler Purchase/fitting

New to the forum so hello – and was wondering whether anyone could help.

I have a 54 mini cooper which I bought about 3 months ago and was wondering about having a rear spoiler fitted. Having purchased the cherished mini from a local bmw mini dealership I got back to them for a price of supply/fitting of the spoiler. Nearly died when they told me it would cost £155 for the spoiler and an additional cost of £62 for labour.

Could anyone recommend somewhere in the North West of England I could get this done cheaper?

Thanks guys – someone please help!!!

Geoff

AFAIK the spoiler is an easy fit and is just a few screws and sticky tape, so if you were good with the tools, it is a good DIY job.

if the car has never had a spoiler I would recommend the aero spoiler as that needs no drilling - just glueing. It comes complete with everything you need and I will be fitting one to mine soon.

You can often pick them up on ebay - think mine was £50 unpainted.
