It's seems the done thing to do so I'd better join in.

New Cooper arrived two days ago. Managed 180miles already!

Red/White Roof
Bonnet Stripes
Chili Pack
17" Alloys
CD Boost
H/K Speakers (fantastic)
Black Sports Seats

Pics to follow if anyones interested.

P.S If you are about to order a Mini the new style leather steering wheel is excellent. Chunkier than the previous one with part perforated leather and thumb rests. Very comfy!

P.P.S Thought us Mini types were supposed to be friendly. Waved at three other Mini's on my way to work today and got blanked by the lot!

I really like the new style steering wheel, but... how do I put this? I don't want to scare you or anything, but it looks like somebody installed your wheel ON THE WRONG SIDE OF THE CAR!!!

Just goofin', of course. I may have to see what replacing mine with the new one runs.

Ha! Ha!

It's definately chunkier/sportier than the old style wheel I sampled on my test drive.

Not sure how much a dealer will charge to retro-fit one though?!?

Maybe I'll pick at the threads a bit to loosen the leather

that wheel looks much better! You get it with the chilli pack then? I ordered mine 2 weeks ago so i should get one on my car!

You should definately get one.

I knew nothing of the steering wheel change until my dealer pointed it out when I collected the Cooper!

A very pleasant suprise!
