Unhappy Sigh & Bugger....it gets worse...

So the torn calf muscle 2 days before delivery of the Coop has healed a treat and I have been well enough to cover a couple of hundred miles.......sooooo frustrating, would like to have done more....

But to add insult to F***in injury I go and get a condition called "Phlebitis"(sounds Scabby doesn't it)...painful inflamation of the veins in the thigh.....bummer..

Cure....tablets and yep more resting of the leg so no drivin for another 7 - 10 days...

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa...........

But still life is sweet right now and the grin is better than any pils...

Enjoy your Mini where ever you are...

Thanks for the positive attitude. Everyone could do with a bit more 'o' that

liked the title too.

Heal up mate! ...Then worry about speeding cameras, becoming addicted to adrenalin and going deaf from the sound of your own heart pounding in your ears!

Groan !!!! It just got worse....Cars ill now...

Thanks for readin my stuff an chattin....

Read this if you have time

Cars 1 week old today

And to finish me off with all this, I have just hobbled round the baby with a soapy sponge wet chammy and a huge grin...y know the one....I soaped her down rubbed her gentley and then set about the beautiful task of chammying down..

Thats when I found her first blemish/damage...

The plastic black section at the front of the car that runs from roof down the windscreen to the bonnet is cracked....I almost cried...and now the dealers shut ....

I know who did it and it wasn't me....she knows who she is.

Groan, sigh & gasp....didn't know which way to turn...

Guts are turnin over right now, I guess thats anger...

It will get fixed quickly....and all will be well..just a bit of trim right ?

Still grinnin.

Gonna drive it someday soon too.

Thanks again for all your screen time

I too was down for a while. I was just checked out of the hospital on Tue. The doctors said I can not do anything, that included driving. I was crushed. I lasted a day looking out the window of my home at my mini in the drive. It was begging to be driven. I got dressed, worked my way into the drivers seat, and yes went for a short drive. Oh it felt so so good. Just a slow drive around the block was all that I needed. I came back home a few minutes later and slept the rest of the day. Nothing was going to stop me from driving my mini. Saturaday I am going to go out again looking so forward to it. Any other car I really would not care about. I guess it is a MINI thing.

I have been unable to drive my MINI for a week now, and have a minumum of another two weeks before I can get drive again.

I've had an operation to replace the worn bushes in my (metal, long story) left knee. It's currently about the size of a small football, but the bend is coming back.

The car needed some warranty work doing (gearbox/power steering pump and a couple of small niggles) so it is being worked on ATM whilst I can't use it.

Phlebitis, yep, been there too.
