| Finally ordered.....but Hi all, At long last I managed to finalise my Cooper spec, and place an order for an early September delivery. My only problem is that i can't finalise the colour I have narrowed it down to either black or indi blue (both with white roof/mirror caps)and placed the order with cosmos black. But, I have to let my dealer know my final decision by the end of this week. My main concern is with the aerodynamic kit that i have added, and with which colour it will work best. I would be very much grateful if anyone has either got or seen indi blue or black (solid/cosmos) with the aerodynamic kit. Any pics will be very much appreciated. I know at the end of the day it comes down to my own personal preference, but i say there's no harm in asking people's for opinions. If i decide on black, then i have another question with whether: cosmos or solid black. Oh my god, i'm gonna go nuts!!!! Yep, you guessed it i'm sooooo indecisive, but u'll be glad to hear i've got the rest of the spec sorted: CHILI Package without sports suspension plus ACT+T Remote-controlled alarm system Xenon Headlights MD Player & CD changer Harmon Kardon Speakers Aerodynamic Kit White rear lights White side direction indicators So apart from the colour it all sorted !!! Once again, any advice will be very much appreciated. Many thanks and regards. KM |

Offline | Black out of the choice you have given but BRG/W is still the best IMHO ![]() CoopRaNite is BRG/W ![]() How about S/roof nd air con?? also MFSW(I regret not getting this) As for SS+ I think its ace, sure the ride is harsher but the handling is awesome and CoopRaNite is not even broken in..... All the best Anand ![]() Does my @rse look big in this broom broom |

Offline | I'm getting solid black with white roof. Looks the best imo, but is apparently a pain to keep clean. What does the aero kit look like with a contrast roof? I don't think I've seen one like that before. It's something I'm considering but I'm unsure of how it would look. Then there's contrast roof and aero kit, but that would just be silly. ![]() ![]() |

Offline | Cosmos black is also hard to keep clean... but I was advised that it won't show any minor scratches or marks as obviously as plain black. Both look wicked in the sun though ![]() |

Offline | I saw a solid black/black cooper with an aero kit on in a dealer in cologne and it was seeing this that swung me away from cosmos to solid, and away from contrast roof and mirrors. Any dark car is a ***** to keep clean but the look after buffing is well worth the extra effort! check the gallery, 'enry http://www.mini2.com/gallery/personal/Henry Cooper/dsc00095.jpg |

Offline | Some of us happen to be Spurs supporters I'm sure there's a few Everton and City supporters for whom a red car would be totally out of the question also.Sounds stupid, yes. But I just couldn't do it. I couldn't even bring myself to have the red interior. |

Offline | Think the rest of us Black or Cosmos owners need Mike to write a 'How To' guide for cleaning black cars... it seems to be all I do at the moment, and in hours it looks dirty again! ![]() Adam |

| Hi again, Bonjour mate, you hit the nail right on its head, i'm a Spurs fan and therefore there's no way i'd get a red cooper. I think i've changed my mind to indi blue wi. But i haven't seen one with the aero kit, if at all possible could someone post a pic of this combo. Razor, ur black and white cooper looks really nice, is that solid or cosmos ? Oh my god, decisions ... decisions ![]() |

Offline | Sorry I should have made that clear, mine is solid black. It does take a little keeping clean, especially with the white wheels, but when it's clean boy does it look good. ![]() Here's another pic: ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Offline | Add some colour to your life and go with Indie Blue. I myself have always enjoyed the darker side when it comes to the colour of cars. However, when I saw the Indie Blue, in person, there was no other colour but blue. It looks great in Indie blue. Pictures do not do the blue justice. When I went to go test drive the MINI I was indifferent with what colour to choose, but when I got there, it was blue and only blue. Plus, the car looks like a toy in the first place, so adding colour to its design will only acentiuate it. |
