Offline | Just had to share..... I've had chili, climate, xenons, 17"rf, heated washer jets& mirrors, alarm, single CD player and am now debating whether to get ISOFIX thingies or sell the kids on ebay. It's not arriving until Dec which will cause the dealer a major headache since I've already changed the colour 4 times. I'm currently on CB/met Union Jack roof but still not totally convinced. Any pics of similar car, or other ideas appreciated. Cheers!! |

Offline | Congrats on your order, nice spec!! Make sure you specified the no cost CD changer prep option so if you ever wanted to install a 6-changer you don't have to muck about with the car. J (attached is my favourite looking mini... silver union jack rules) '06' Cooper S Convertible - Astro Black, '04' Mazda RX8 231 - Black |

Offline | And thanks for the CD changer tip - I had no idea and the dealer didn't mention it.. Anyway, can someone tell me the benefits of the MFSW (apart from the obvious less arm strain). I noticed in the brochure it says it controls the cruise control, but where's that on the options?? Colour choices are as follows; the one I mentioned above, black, white roof, white bonnet stripes and UJ roof, silver, black roof with silver bonnet stripes & silv UJ or all out Austin Powers stylie (which husband isn't keen and I love because my daughter's Sindy's got one exactly the same) - CR, white roof, white sripes, wheels & UJ. I've added ASC&T to the spec, but are there any other glaring omissions I should know about - bearing in mind my budget is already a bit stretched? Blimey, it's good to be able to ask the experts! ![]() Cheers, Drib. |

Offline | Forgot to ask.... ...and I know it probably says somewhere in these forums, but are the decals easy to remove if you get fed up with em? Oh and silver with silver bonnet stripes wouldn't work - I meant to say black stripes (blonde moment there) (ed) Beester - gutted they deleted VR - your car looks stunning! Offline | Without the MFSW you do not get cruise control at all. The cruise control buttons are the ones faces the driver while the buttons on the backside of the wheel can be used to control your headunit (and option 6 cd-changer). |

Offline | i would say if you don't want to fork out the extra and get metallic paint then get chilli red (white roof looks good). ![]() '06' Cooper S Convertible - Astro Black, '04' Mazda RX8 231 - Black |

| MINI2 Master | I personally don't think the red/black combo looks good at all. I have Chili Red/White &white 17"s onm both my current MINI and it's soon to be replacement (due next month). I couldn't stop with the options and the original car was a shade over £15K and the next car (Cooper not an S) will be more like £17K! ![]() |

Offline | I know! It's all too easy to go over budget with all the options - I'd LURV the DVD package to keep the kids occupied and quiet, but unless i win the lotto I'll have to settle with gags and handcuffs ![]() I'm edging towards black/white roof, bonnet stripes (&UJ) ![]() |
