| The Hartge Experience | Hey!! I finally got my MINI ordered today. Below is the spec I have ordered. I got to test drive a black cooper with 17s on etc, it even have sports suspension, which i want, so i got a feel for it, and its not to bad!!! Is no worse than my lowerd Zs. Impressions on performance were ok, not much low down, but very peppy after 4k!! Handlng, tho i didnt really have long, felt great, feedback aplenty. Body control excellent. Also, refinement was top notch for a small hatch. MET Silver (might change to red with blk roof or indi blue - opinions?) Sports suspension + Mirror and roof caps in body colour (or black, as i like the black roof with tinted windows) Rear roof spoiler headlining - anthracite 3 spoke steering wheel front foggys trip computer chrono pack visibilty package floor mats air con auto asc+t rain wipers chrome line interior alarm September delivery!!!!!!!!! I just got to get my small amount on finance approved. but shouldn't be a problem!!! HORRAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ![]() |

Offline | Indi blue is no longer an option for the Mini's.....so don't bother thinking about changing to that. What does the SS+ feel like? Is it a firmer or softer ride? |

| The Hartge Experience | Hi L13, I am not getting the 17s, as I am going to get my own wheels, fancy the hartge classics. So am leaving these on. The ride wasnt to bad, though i have to admit, the roads i went on were fairly smooth. As I have currently got a lowered car anyway, I am used to a fairly rough ride. Though i personally, prefer to have really good handling. However, if you want the ultimate, get gas coilovers fom someone like leda or bilstein. ![]() cheers rob |

Offline | I would recommend the pepper pack, if you get it, it will only cost about £200 more, as you have specced the fogs, trip computer, and mats already so £450 - the £250ish you have already paid aint bad.... but with the pepper pack your get; PEPPER Pack - Chrome Line Exterior - Front Foglights - Interior Light Package - MINI Cooper S S/Wheel - Pass. Seat Height Adj. - Storage Compartment Pack - Trip Computer - Velour Floor Mats |
