u know if the new Getrag will be put on Cooper my 2004....is it better than previous gearbox??

or only my 2005??

You will get it if you get an 05 facelifted car, ie all manufactured after July 1 04

No one has seemed to yet address the question about whether the new Getrag tranny will be as easy to drive as the old manual Coopers used to be. Everything I've read says that the tranny in the older Coopers was awesome and the S tranny is a little more harsh. What does this mean for the '05 Coopers?
