This is the best release I have seen so far. The more I see it, the more it grows on me. Its an interesting development of the MINI gene. I'd say it looks like the illegitimate offspring of a MINI hatch and a Porsche Cayenne!

It will be intersting to see what the takeup on the 4wd option is. If it is only bought to travel on snow, then a cheaper option would be to buy a set of the best snow tyres that could deal with almost the same range of snow conditions as the 4wd could, and if the tyres on the 4wd version are only all-seasons, then a set of Nokian WR G2s would probably perform better.

Can't believe how much this has grown on me in such a short space of time! As I said in another thread, I'd love to see an all-black one, with black wheels, maybe de-chromed and with darkened glass...

A JCW variant would be very interesting, and would give me something to think about when the time comes to swap my current car!

Also, I just Shazam'd the track on this video, which is 'Rocking Chair' by Cindi Lauper in case anyone is/was interested.

Damn, wish I'd looked here first, just spent a frustrating hour trying to work out who sung the song or try and remember Shazam so I could buy the app to find out what the song is.
