Images posted elsewhere on forum also but thought I should pop them into this thread as well.

Had a couple of mk 1 cooper S hatches and a Coopers S convertible way back when, but company car meant I had to use my head not heart and sold them. Now we have a baby in the house it made a perfect excuse to have a mini again, with the amount of gear you need to cart around for a new born, the Countryman was the logical step.

Ordered in Oct for a Feb 2011 del, but arrived at dealer yesterday and picked up this afternoon...Boom!! MERRY BL@@Y CHRISTMAS!!

only done 5 miles and loving it, visual boost is fantastic and the dealer was brilliant chucking in the £40 ipod cable and a load of freebies in as it was xmas!!! and I only paid the 17.5% VAT expecting to pay 20%!!

I read a lot of people are having issues with getting cars but it is worth the wait imho!!!

well after traveling 450 miles over the xmas period (including lugging 2 sets of golf clubs yesterday) I thought the mini C'Man needed a touch of Meguiars "tlc" this morning. 2 hours later these are the results











Nothing fancy just a hose down, wash and dry. (The extra pair of doors took the longest ha ha!! ) Will wait till spring full the full clay bar & wax on/wax off experience!!

Also ordered some clear front & side indicator bulbs, along with some "whiter" bulbs for the front side lights yesterday. Should be here next week so will post some before and after pics.

Took 4 months to arrive but well worth the wait. Top marks to Williams of Rochdale for keeping me informed and placating me when MINI UK were dragging their feet.

Picked up today. Very pleased with it. The media pack is awesome! I have to wait about a week for the satnav code and media pack iphone connection cable as they have to be ordered after delivery - looking forward to trying mini connected out.

Hello everyone,

I've just taken ownership of my new Mini Countryman. This will be my third Mini, I did break ranks for a while and had a Fiat 500 but now I'm back in Miniland. My Countryman is the ALL4 Cooper D.

I was very lucky, popped into my local Mini dealer at Christmas one morning to discuss options for a Countryman. When I told the dealer the colour/spec I wanted his eyes lit up, a customer who had ordered the same spec had phoned that morning to cancel as she had decided to emigrate to Australia(?). Three weeks later and I'm now the proud owner of a White Countryman. Absolutely love it, take a look using the link below.

I know the "if it ever arrives" feeling. It will totally be worth it when it does arrive, there seems to be signs of them sorting the mess out now. Hope to see pics of yours when you do get it.

As for the first pic problem with it coming up as thumbnail sized when clicked - thats something I've now fixed - thanks for pointing it out.

I think Flickr is VASTLY better than the crummy picture system here!

Nice car BTW - how are you finding the Goodyear ROFs? (I hated them on my Clubman because of harshness and have asked my dealer to supply my All4D on anything but if they can!)
