Interested in possibly purchasing a modestly-equipped base model Countryman and was wondering if anyone had an idea on the current market for the car in the States.

What has been people's experiences both purchasing a car on the lot (doesn't sound like there are many) as well as a custom order?

Is there much room for negotiating? How long does it take to take delivery of a custom car?

How much did you pay? I'd prefer not to go over $25K.

Any feedback is appreciated!

That's a question you should be asking on NAM. There is so much information for & from Countryman enthusiasts in the good ole US of A.

We ordered a Countryman S All4 in Seattle last weekend. Besides 2 or 3 demos, the dealer had a couple Countryman in stock and a couple "unassigned" vehicles coming in over the next couple of weeks - but most sales are factory ordered. To get the color and options we wanted, we placed an order and were promised no longer than 2-1/2 months to receive the vehicle. We did not try to negoiate the price down, as we have found that can be counterproductive. (They will take it out of you somewhere else.)
