Countryman All 4S Engine failure Has anybody experience engine failure on Countryman all 4 Cooper S? its been 2 weeks now and getting a bit worrying that when i start up the car, the engine failure sign comes on and engine won't start the first time, after 2-4 tries , it will. I phone Mini and would check the car in 2 weeks time. Im losing my confidence on my Countryman! ![]() ![]() |

| hi I think if I was you I would get it started and take it stright down to mini and not leave till they have looked at it or it's fixed two weeks is BS. or if your a member of the AA RAC or mini assist get them to take it down there they will not like that :-) or if you are a memeber you could get them to come round and use there diagnostic equipment to find the fault and go form there hope it works out |

| Hi Guys, Thanks for ur reply, the car is still under warranty cos its only 1 year old. The bmw emergency won't come cos they said that they will only come in if the car is not starting at all. So far no engine fault today but if it happens again, i will call the BMW/Mini emergency service right away |
