Tow bar for Contryman SD

G'day,

I have recently bought a Countryman SD, previously owned 2 Cooper S's. Bought this to tow a fishing kayak to find the cost of a mini towbar in Sydney was $2,600. Does anyone know of a place in Sydney who can do a tow bar ?

Can anyone recommend the exact specs that I need to import one and who is the best company to speak to ?

OEM is made by Westphalia. Details from a UK supplier here...
Mini Countryman R60 2010 > Detachable tow bar

Electrics will be separate for whatever local needs your wiring has to meet.

Your car may have to have Dealer coding work too. UK models do.
