FYI - Motortrend's long term review of the 2011 Countryman S ALL 4 Automatic.

I never realized the death-shutter issue occurred on both manuals and autos. It must be a throttle software problem that hopefully was addressed for the 2013's. Nevertheless, a pretty positive story.
