Hi, I apologize for my English school .... I would ask anyone who owns a road bike if he can get us into the bike disassembled without tipping the rear seats .... if possible if you have some photos .... thanks ..

he is wondering if a racing bike can go in the rear seat area where your feet would be or in boot. I think the disassembled = wheels off the bike

Ah yes, and good question! I would bet this is impossible unless you take off both the front and back wheels. The Countryman has less room than VW Golf! A 12" frame yes but not a 16" or 20"!

Mine folds in half, ok its a mountain bike and it fits into a MINI hatch easily one half rear seat down
Never get a fully assembled bike in without removing the wheels, but I reckon it would go in a clubman/countryman no problems?

My road bike is on roof rack mounted carrier.. Very easy
I doubt a bike would fit in the back of the countryman without removing at least one wheel or dropping the rear seats

MINI has a bike rack that fits the trailer hitch plugs in back, no need to disassemble bike, just hang and lock. Or, unlock, lift off and ride.

I get my 56cm Specialized Allez in the back of my Countryman with the front wheel off and the rear seats down.

He does not want to lower seats. I would think he would have to get one of those folding bikes with the 12" wheels. Countryman has less room than hatchback with seats up.

Yeah there is no way you're getting a standard road bike in the back of a countryman with the rear seats up. No way.

You need the front wheel off with the rear seats down !
