How to replace bulb in Sun Visor/Vanity Mirror

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me. I have just replaced my interior lights on my 2011 R60 Countryman Cooper S all 4 with LEDS and all that is left is to replace the sun visor/vanity mirror bulbs. Ive tried to take the covers off and they don't seem to want to come off. Obviously I don't want to break anything and after searching the net and these forums I can't seem to find any information on how to do this. Have any of you come across a way to replace these? If so any information would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Hi, probably too late for you but I successfully sorted out a problem with my visor and decided to make a quick help video on YouTube, sorry I can't post links but if you do a YouTube search for "BMW Mini Sun Visor Mirror Lamp Repair" it should show up.

Here's the link but it doesn't play more than 2 seconds for me

I haven't had much luck getting the visor apart and back together
with the Gen 1 visors. I've replaced 3 visors over the last 11 years,
and it's been the switch mechanism rather than the bulbs themselves
that goes.

Hi cristo, thanks for posting the link. Video is just under a minute long, I've just checked it on PC, tablet and phone and it's working fine for me!
