Comfort Access slow to react when locking

Hi I like to know to those who have comfort access have the same problem like mine? When I get out of my car and press the button on the handle it takes few seconds to lock, sometime a few presses. Just replaced the battery on the remote. To unlock its fine but to lock just slow reaction??

Any feedback will be helpful.

Hello,
When I had a loaner, it had the same system installed. I also noticed that it was either slow or took a few presses to get it to work. I just assumed it was me and quit using it. Perhaps I should have played with it a little more when I had it.

You have to hold it in for a couple of seconds - don't know why!
