Offline | Well ive not saw an update yet, and i was playing earlier today hmm.. Anyway my thoughts and i think some people will agree ![]() The online mode is not really great tbh! Im on a good connection & my 360 doesnt lag. However cars are erractic, and even with GT5's anti-ram/collision feature, it doesnt stop l*mers pushing you off! That really p's you off when your 1st/2nd on the final lap!! Also the AI is not that great, i really dont see AI players defending lines! They let you pass everytime! They are harder on Grade A races, but Forza has the advantage. But saying all that, its still the best PS3 game out! UT3 is good, but suffers from the above critisim - online play is laggy! Oh well, it will do while i wait a few more months for Metal Gear Solid ![]() Sig Coming Soon.. |

Offline | I've never participated in online gaming before, so I'm really enjoying it. If you take a MINI Cooper S, and enter it into the online P650 Daytona speedway oval 'professional' game, you'll be surprised how well it does. You can only tune the car up to 586 points, which obviously gives an immediate performance disadvantage but if you:
the car performs surprisingly well. Whereas supercars such as Ford GT40s, Ferrari 599s, struggle to corner at speed in professional mode, the MINI's front wheel drive means you get nothing but safe controllable understeer. The best I have managed is 5th out 12 places. Not bad when you're up against Ferraris and Nissan GT-Rs etc. Great fun. ![]() |

Online | Aaaargh I walked through Zavi the other day because I had to nip into the Arndale for work and there it was unguarded by the usual hoard of spotty yoofs. A PS3 with GT5 on it and 10 minutes later I wanted one should have kept walking but no I had to have a quick go. ![]() |

Online | The Daytona has quickly become a field of only Elises and 430s, Elises being fastest but 430 remaining the choice due to consistency and mid rev torque. I tried Cooper too, success depends far too much of grid skill level. I'm hoping the future patch will allow making of car specific hosts, then we can really race. Until then the Race 07 remains the game of choice. Pity my PC is far too slow for larger grids in it. Blaah... |

Online | Now that the records got cleared, time for all of us actual MINI drivers fill the Arcade Records in Mini Cooper/professional category. I made some times for Daytona, Fuji and Suzuka. Blaah... |
