MINI First

Anyone one know about the MINI first? £10995 on the MINI website with a detunned 75bhp 1.4 petrol engine but no other details?

There's been no official press release, there was a thread on here a little while back about it too, including a little on options.

They did a 1.4 model befor anyway? My friend has an 07 plate 1.4 MINI??

If you read the above linked article it talks about the previous base model the MINI One (on which the "MINI First" is based), which was the previous 1.4 litre MINI. With the first generation there was also a 1.4 litre petrol MINI One for some markets only (not UK), and a 1.4 litre Diesel MINI One D.

For the price it is a great buy, not as sluggish as i would have though and if this is your budget i recommend getting one..........a brand new mini for £10995 what else would you get? A Corsa? Come on!!
