 Top Gear Tuner Review A few years back top gear tested 4 r53 from different tuners hartge jcw and two i cant remember,i have looked on you tube and googled but cant find a working link for this episode,does anybody know of a working link?Thanks.  |

| I can't find any working links either. The four cars were the BBR which was the fastest, the Hartge, a Digitec car and the Works car. Top gear thought the Works car was best overall.  Some people are like a Slinky ........ not really good for anything, but you still can't help but smile when you shove them down the stairs |

| I think bbr are still going i went on there website but not a lot on there for r53 i had them fit a starchip into my astra gte 16v back in the day and it was a impressive day out!i did get on there old website from 05 and there was some intresting reading about not putting r53 onto rolling roads as it melts the coating in the superchargers!also said the base engine is excellent for tuning with only the exhaust valves possibly needing work! |
