Bourne Identity

The Bourne Identity could be a commercial for the old Mini. It has to be one of the most inspired chase scenes I have seen and shows the stunning agility that all Mini owners enjoy.

The Mini in the movie is one that I have always wanted, but as I am in the US and can only get very old original Mini's I settled for a MINI and love it.

I will admit, that at first I wanted to start racing my new S, but now im thinking of digging up a old Cooper from someone around here, and race it out. Maybe even get it above 100hp!!

Don't discount bringing an old one over from the UK. I did it myself 2 years ago, and you'd be surprised how easy it is, and how much money you can save. Problem is, the classic Mini supply is dwindling over there, as alot of them are being exported to both the US and Japan. And once they get here in the US, the seller simply over-inflates the price. So, if you are in the market for a classic, look now, before the supply over there fizzles.

I have been waiting for a long time to watch the movie, and not just because Matt Damon is hot I couldn't wait to see the chase scene. It was awesome!
My husband and I enjoyed the movie, it was so suspenseful, and it was fun seeing places in the movie we have traveled to - esp Paris.
I so want to go out and drive my Mini like that, but as I am not a CIA agent on the lam, I shall continue to drive sedately (yeah right) around town.
