Caught an episode of MacGyver that I hadn't seen before last night on Bravo. Towards the end, while planning an escape from Budapest, Mac and a gang of Gypsies turn up at a car rally where there are three old Mini Coopers (Red, White and Blue) sitting on a car transporter. Want to guess what happens next.....

They did quite a good job of merging the scenes from the original film with some new footage - good fun to watch. Couldn't quite figure out why the Gypsies' relatives who dropped the gate at the end of the storm drain were dressed as football supporters though :-)

Episode "Thief of Budapest" (Season 1) First aired in US October 13, 1985.
