I think as with the previous mini mags, it will take a few issues to build up and get more content in there that is new and fresh, same as Mini World and Mini Mag, then I am sure that it will go to a monthly publcation, get more readership and also increase the numbers that enjoy the social side of the mini.

I hope it just grows and grows, and doesn't take too much from mini2 and put it in there as their content, as I think Paul works really hard on making Mini2 a great site with so many exclusives for us.

When answering, please consider how much MINI2 costs you, and what you get from the site.

and they really don't stand much chance on keeping up with the news on mini2, as the web is more instant than a mag, so think they need to focus on mods, new accessories, and readers cars, and leave mini2 to tell us the news as it happens and how to fix our faults.

I think a "Too Early To Judge" option would probably be a good one, because based on a small and possibly hurried (?) first issue it's a bit hard to judge.

I'm staying tight lipped for the time being.

I wasn't overly impressed at first and have said that I wouldn't buy it again. However, it has proved to be good bog reading material. So it has got a little nesh.

maybe a few pages in there from Mini2's Paul Mullet on the Mini rumour mill, things in the diary etc would be a great way to sell the news to us, that way too Mini2 gets some money pennies.

Definitely too early to comment, the first issues of Mini World weren't particularly good, neither was Mini Magazine. It's always a laugh looking at the letters section on new magazines, they must all be made up

I'm sure someone will flame me for that! .

the MINI has gone...

........ like the letter about the dealer telling someone that the whine their MINI was making was from the power steering!

My first thought was that there wasn't a lot in the mag and that I can't see myself shelling out for it each time. £3.80 seems a bit over the top, especially as MiniWorld and MiniMag are "only" £3.40.

My next thought was that if I subscribe I save money by getting a free issue over the course of a year, but you have to spend it to save it.

There is always the worry that if you don't buy it you'll miss out on something - like the photos of my better half's car that were taken yesterday!

Havent seen it yet............

On saying that, M2 will always be way ahead, because of the contacts Paul has in relation to scoops, and the cost issue (bar my phone bill ) and the fact that is is interactive and more absorbing...........

£19.00 for a year's subscription doesn't sound bad though.

the MINI has gone...
