MCS in EVO

This month's EVO is interesting, MCS vs new Fiesta ST, Clio 182, C2 VTS and some Seat Ibiza.

Surprisingly the MCS was the same 0-60 at the 182 and then slightly quicker 0-100.

This is the first time I've seen the MCS beat a 182 in the straight drag (182 is quickest round the track, MCS second)

Looks like the extra HP and different gearing have made a difference.

Mini was better than the 182 in gear in almost all scenarios

Says who? I've never seen manufacturers giving out that sort of comprehensive data before, and what about the track times?
