Mini history-wikipedia

This online encyclopedia is very interesting as you can add to or modify the text by clicking on the edit feature at the top of the page.Lots of historical and technical info about the original mini if you want to add something about the newer version Wikipedia

Could add a lot to the current new MINI bit, and the Next Generation new MINI bit is partly right, partly confused, and partly just plain wrong.

Just got turned on to this site recently and i think that people who write in stuff thats not factual get corrected fairly quickly. If you are seeing errors or info that needs updating feel free to add your expertise..I have wondered how this site protects its self from some nutter who would erase the whole page and add something totally stupid..

But who's to say what is and isn't factual? Somethings are not correct as it is, so who's to say any additions or corrections are?

Isn''t it like in all communities, nutters get corrected by the majority creating average general knowledge
(Just thought of that myself at 2.00 o'clock at night )
If there is not enough interest, there is no majority and people who want to mess it up can act freely.

You've just hit the weak spot of any Wiki-system right on the head The assumption is that an article on a Wiki will converge to some general "correctness", but whether that assumption is actually justified is doubtful.
