Went to Malory Park on Sunday for the first albeit unnoficial outoing (non championship) of the racing Minis .
Fantastic weather great close racing and a few names to watch out for this season.

Is ther contact?

You bet there was!!!

Finnaly this gem its a Mad Bad Kad Twin Cam Vauxhall Mini

MINI's at Mallory? I live within ear shot of Mallory Park (mostly I hear motorbikes) and I missed this!

It wasn't exactly high profile... nice little place that Earl Shilton, some good roads around there. Exercised my car a bit on them on Sunday

I wouldn't go so far as say Earl Shilton is nice but its close to work and houses are cheap! let me know next time your about, it would be good to go for a run out with another MINI

I was only there for the racing. doubt i'll be back there this year, unless its a Wednesday morning test day.

I hope to get to as many as I can I usually do about 3 or 4 rounds things are a bit up in the air at the moment my wife is expecting a baby on the 4th June so escapes will be rare this summer

Its only 6 days after oulton park my Local Track, its funny I still think of Mallory as close by buts its 110 miles each way.

I use a Cannon 350d with a 75-300mm lens nothing too fancy but it does the trick there were a lot of duff shots but I am still learning.
