| Thats racing truck trends Cooper. they sell that whole body kit including th light pod. Dont know how serious they are. I know its not a WRC car though. Daniel Cooper S: Now new and improved with Helix short shifter, Ghetto K&N HAI, Rota Circuit 8's w/ T1'S Proxies/Kosei K1 racing wheels with Falken Azenis(for Auto-X/Trackday), and H-sport springs. | Re: shorter than a 206? Remember a MINI is about 8" shorter than a Geo Metro. 206= limit, they had to "extend" the bumpers! Thats why they are always falling off. Back to Network Q scores for me- course Pugs winning again...585 ft lbs torque helps! Jet Black MCS Lapis leather 17s or 15s (winter) no DSC |

| Peugeot 206 WRC length is 157.7", MINI Cooper is 142.8", MINI Cooper S is 143.9" (longer chin spoiler) so the 206 is more than a foot longer. That would be quite a stretch! Still, I hope to see some JWRC or N class entries of the MINI next year though I don't really know if it will qualify or be competitive there. It would seem to be a nice Super 1600 platform but would need a LOT of development to be anywhere near on par. Harry MINI Cooper Cabrio: now the car with go cart handling really feels like an open go cart! | Ezrally, at the last rally I was at the pundits seemed to think the high torque would be a liability rather than an asset in the mud but it looks like they were wrong. I think Gronholm would win a ball bearing rally this year (wait, he did win Rally Australia)! Harry MINI Cooper Cabrio: now the car with go cart handling really feels like an open go cart! | Pugs are the only car using a 5 speed tranny- thus the torque works well, not to mention the balance & handling. Have you seen the Foci drivers saw at the wheel? And the Pugs looks like they are barely steering! Oh and Gronholms already a almost a minute ahead after 5 stages! Jet Black MCS Lapis leather 17s or 15s (winter) no DSC |
