That looks like a fibreglass shell put on top of some kind of kart. The bonnet (hood) is all wrong, can't be a real MINI shell

Well spotted Buttons matey.

And you can see that the nearside wing is drooping and the light unit has dropped, like in a bad fibreglass job.

Looks good though!
