Offline | Garfield, you want to get paid for your testing?? Thanks to your evil posts I'm already raising my expectations to the tune of $2000 for wheels, tires and that G force meter. Now I have to pay Garfield tax too?? And I won't even see my car for another 9 months. 16x7 Panasports weigh 17 lbs. Same Superlites are over 20 lbs. Too bad the best look is so heavy. There is a jewel, however, in the Tire Rack collection. 16x7 Nakayama SSR Competions at $315 and 11 lbs. 42mm offset puts it at the same wheel/shock clearance as a 16x6.5 with 48 mm offset. The only problem is they come in a color that makes the wheel look like it burned up in a fire. Cooper S Red/White/White, Air, Computer, Cloth, DSC, Cold Weather. August build. |

Offline | 1/4 times I also did some 1/4 time using the G-tech. i have the stock mini S on the stock tires. Launching at 3.5k to 4k on a flat road with DSC on i would do only 15.45-15.6 in the 1/4. After taking the DSC off and a slight double pump on the gas for take offs i was able to get times of 15.24-15.05. hope this helps |
