150bhp from a 1350cc diesel seems pretty impossible given the standard is already turbo-charged and only puts out 75bhp.

will get +3bp from ** induction kit should get that in about a weeks time first mounting bracket failed so they have had to redisign it, chips like amd and jetex plug in give 25% increase + exhaust 110bhp should be achievable, maybe we could change the turbo to get a bit more

why don't you just buy a Cooper or S - after you've done all this tuning your probably going to lose you high MPG's anyway

it is doing about 50mpg at the min even if mods reduce mpg a bit i dont think a mcs would be anywhere near that sort of mpg just want a bit more go 0-60 takes 13secs at min if i can get that down to below 10secs will be happy

Ahhh.... somebody knows a bit about diesels.

150hp:

1) biggest injectors you can find.
2) aux. fuel pump (more pressure, better atomization)
3) bigger turbo (more air mixed with more fuel = )
4) ECU to cope with the increases
5) large bore exhaust post turbo (3" at least), no muff
6) probably should worry now about the drivetrain

I wanna see the D puff some smoke
And it still would out MPG my Cooper

Thumbs up

I got 97 HP now with 227 Nm.
I have installed a powerbox at about 1500 km. Gave me 91 Hp and 216 Nm at that moment. (look at my posts http://www.mini2.com/forum/showthrea...6&page=2&pp=15 )
I had it retested at 9500 km with the figures above.
I think this is about the maximum we can do without major changes to the car.
I'm still intrested in a better exhaust and intake system. Any serious recommendations?
I would like to get the 100 HP and 230 Nm.
