Anyone tried a EBay cheap MOD Chip Tuning ?
Is it worth?
Is it more risky or dangerous than from a well know manufacturer?
Any other tips?

I would be wary of using it as I dont know that much about them..You dont know how much R&D has went into their development. When I do get one I think I will be going for the tunit box, unless others have a better recommendation

Thanks for the idea, but I'm not on the same island, mine is called 'the Alps'!! And in Switzerland chip tuning is not so common and somewhat dangerous...
The other point is that, as I am using the car in my driving school, I would keep it 'original' for work and then plug a box for my own fun on hollidays.
So I saw on Ebay that autotechnik-saretz.de was offering a box for 79+49 euros that is very cheap.
Is it worth it, effective, dangerous for the engine.
Anybody tried it?

Another member of MINI 2 also took the time to make a magnetic Decal for my car saying John Deere Works!!!
