Offline | make sure you keep them clean and fix any scratches imediately. if you dont fix the scratches salt water will get underneath the chrome and it will start peeling off in sheets! i have seen it happen many times before! they do look good though, good choice |

Online | I would suggest you zoopseal the chrome wheels and only clean them with the zoop wheel cleaner then take them off for the winter as the salt on the roads will destroy the finish quick smart, they do look bling !! |

| MINI2 Regular | Thanks for the comments everyone, if I got some eibach springs do you think 20mm is about right for the drop, or could I get away with 30 or even 40mm? MiniMania, thanks for the tip, will definitely swap them back in winter, want to keep them looking bling for as long as I can! I used http://www.rochfordtyres.co.uk to decide on the style, but got them off a different company in the end. Cost was £830, but that did include delivery, balancing, flush fit valves, the Toyo Proxes and McGard locking nuts. |

Online | another tip is to fit TWO set of locking wheel nuts opposite each other,as we have and two instances of some scrote trying to steal the wheels and could not get the mcgards off -great no wheels stolen, but they left the other 3 nuts off and the owners did not notice so within a short time the wheel fell off ,lot of damage lot of money, far cheaper to add second set of locks!!! this has happened to two customers so be warned --check your nuts -oh er missus |
