One to Cooper ECU upgrade kit

Hi all,
ive seen a kit for sale thats advertised as a "bmw cooper ecu kit" which would fit a one and give it 25bhp more, it comes with new key backs and a cd.
has anyone done this? would it work? or would it be better to chip my car.
thanks

the cooper remap is meant for a cooper not a one and so would probably be less suited to your car than an aftermarket remap such as the above which is specifically designed for a ONE

Bluefin is i have to admit the best mod i ever bought for my Mini One.

Oh by the way if anyone is looking for a bluefin i have one for sale in the classified section that has been re set by superchips so its all ready to go on the next mini one / cooper.

Remember theres no such thing as a difference between the one and cooper. The intake, head, internals, manifold etc are all the same. The only real difference is the map. The cooper map will work fine on a ONE. However if it had of been me I would not believe that its a genuine BMW map .. These companies like to keep thier products close so I would say its more likely to be aftermarket one which is being sold as genuine BMW.

I'd have bought AMD, Bluefin or MTH personally. However good luck to you

No differences in the engine, that's for sure.

But I thought the gear ratios were slightly different? Also, aren't there some minor differences in the suspension setup?

I had my mini one tuned by shires performance tuning car does 0-60 in under 10 seconds. They use to be on ebay but seem to have stopped and there price is alot higher than they use to charge on ebay you get a 3 year guarantee and they come to your house of work to install the software.
SHIRES PERFORMANCE TUNING
Also I hear BBR are pretty good for tuning any mini
