Offline | Mini One tuning Ok, I'm new on here but a long-time Mini owner (well, relatively for my age ) but I'm now starting to get a bit bored of the ~90BHP my One puts out. Now, I know there are alot of tuning packages on the market varying from £200 upto well, almost infinity so was wondering what's the best bang-for-buck option as I'm a student and funds are far from unlimited. So far, I've been looking at the Lohen LO2 pack as it seems like a good compromise of power and cost. I have been thinking about just getting the LO1 pack though as the extra 10BHP and noise may not be worth the £1000 premium above the LO1 pack. As my first upgrade, I ordered a set of Team Dynamics ProRace 1.2 (17") to go well with my all-black One. Tasty . I will be picking them up on Thursday -- cannot wait! Cheers guys |

Offline | Ive been looking at the Lohen re map,at the moment Im leaning toward GTT remap. Then a set of strut braces. The GTT look great but its about £200,you can get the OMP for about £70 ,but not as rigid as GTT................theres quite a bit of this covered on the post "Engine re map ?" |

Offline | What I couldn't work out at a quick glance of GTT was whether or not it's engine re-map was like the Bluefin and you do it yourself or whether or not I'd have to take my car down (which isn't really logical as I live in Edinburgh. I think I'm going to get the LO2 pack, it will make my Mini sing ![]() |

Offline | So I fitted the wheels today. It's looking rather hot! I am going to figure out insurance woes (or not) that mods may 'cause...since I'm just about to turn 20. Thanks for the comments so far! |
