Hi there,

To be honest, every ONE in which is posted in the 'ONE' section has all been modded to a certain extent. Take a look through the threads within the 'ONE' section. There are a host of Mini ones showing examples of great mods and small touches. Everyones car is stunning in its own right.

One mod I can't recommend enough is Bluefin. Genuinely feels like a vtec kicking in at 4500 rp

Hope this helps

Id second the bluefin

Now i need to actually get one

Also depending on your wheel size id say go bigger

Well if you have 17's then theres no need

Also Cooper S sills do a lot for a ONE!!! id deffo recommend them

Heres what ive done to mine so far:

K&N Panel Filter
Chrome Aux Light Surrounds
Chrome Grille
Chrome Bootlid Handle
Chrome Bumper Inserts front and back
Clear Side Indicator Lenses
Clear front indicator bulbs
17" S Spoke Alloys
Cooper S Sills
Cooper Lower Grille Mesh
Cooper Exhaust Trim
Colour Coded Mirror Caps

Heres what it was like when I got it

Some pics of your car could help us greatly with advice to you

All depends really.

If you want larger wheels like 18's you will have to think about lowering! If you want anything up to that then that is ok.

Bluefin is a good thing to get although you could get the car remapped properly up to a higher bhp and may well be more reliable.

Styling options, light options, cooper s bodywork like sideskirts are always good as well as the side skirts do alot for a ONE as Mark said.

What I have done to mine so far: not much but nearly all of them were extremely expensive:

18" Kei Racing wheels
Eibach lowering springs about 40mm
Milltek cat back exhaust system
Halo sidelights
Xenon look headlight bulbs,
clear side indicators
R50 badge on the front grill

Alot more to come engine wise and styling

spoiler-aero/S
cooper s fuel cap
remap and air induction- hopefully push 135-140
always considering cooper s bumpers or aero kit though as well lol

There is alot to do but I would recommend either

spoiler if you dont have one
engine tuning if you want it- either bluefin or remap would be about the same
cooper S sideskirts either from breakers or any other source

Alot to do, take a look at peoples galleries to see

Bluefin definitely..... its also undetectable since it is not a replacement chip...well other than with another bluefin system or a rolling road...
My best mod for value for money was strut braces...omp strut braces are around 50/60 quid and i felt they (upper and lower strut braces) made one of the biggest changes to handling! looks i would say aero kit, unfortunatley never been able to save enough money to buy one!! depending on the colour of ur car, colour coding the arches is a good improvement but only if u have an aerokit! next things-
Bigger wheels
good quality exhaust (milltek, hamann) none of the 'halford special' back boxes please! lol
havent done nout to my interior but ther r quite a few improvments 2 b found!

I can highly recommend the Blufin, i have had it for 18 months now and the difference in perfromance compared to standard is unreal, especially over 4000RPM. I have mine colour coded which i can highly recommend too. I also have 18" wheels and its is lowered on Eibach springs....one word of warning though....The ride is ridiculously hard. The ride on a standard R53 MINI was not particularly good to start with but the 35 profile tyres i have on make it quite uncomfortable!!
