Offline | Ordering in Ireland Hi all, I've noticed a few Irish flags around so I thought I'd ask for some help! (Hopefully this is posted in the right place- it was a toss up between here or the regional page) Anyway, I'm looking to buy a new Mini One and I've come across a few things that I can't find definate info on. What exactly is included in the Salt and Pepper Packs? I'm sure these differ from country to country but the local dealer here seems to have different items included than the Mini Ireland website does! Differences include things like adjustable passenger seats, onboard computer etc. Also, on the Mini Ireland site it looks as though you can't get the Pepper Pack on the One, which isn't the case, right? The only other thing really is the price! Would alyone be able to point me towards a price / options list? I got one from the dealer but apparently it's out of date, something which was pointed out to me when I couldnt add up the options on a car in the showroom and get the correct price Thanks for the help! Excellent site btw, its a great resource to be able to look up before you spend 20-odd grand on a car! |

Offline | Hi David Welcome to MINI2! The MINI Ireland site does look fairly lacking. I'm not sure what the is situation in Ireland, but I'd suggest that you speak to a local dealer and find out. For now, I'd say take a look on the MINI UK site as I'd assume it's very similar to Ireland. You can see exactly what's in the Salt and Pepper packages, as well as "building your MINI" to get a price. Although the price probably does differ in Ireland so be careful. |

| Peoples Republic Of Cork | David , What part of Ireland are you based ? .I ask because I think it depends on the dealer some are 'switched on' and have a good product knowledge, others are I am afraid a little lacking in this respect .Irish spec MINIs are the same as UK so you can order any spec you like . | Nice TTs......... | Hello david and welcome to MINI2....... ![]() Sebby is correct, the UK specs for Salt and Pepper Packs are exactly the same for Ireland.......... BMW ? MINI UK now have responsibility for all cars sold into Ireland, what applies for the UK also goes here.Prices? Well, I don't have a current ONE price list to hand, but www.carzone.ie does a fairly good job with Irish car prices in general, there is a page with options listed too. I think the Pepper Pack is Cooper only, or at least it used to be, I'm pretty certain it still is...... ![]() Where are you located btw, and where are you thinking of buying? Hope to see you on here after you order, we can help keep you sane through the waiting period............ ![]() ![]() Global Moderator |

Offline | Thanks for the speedy replies! I'm in Waterford, we have the one dealer here. I didnt find them great to be honest, but they dont seem to have any trouble when it comes to selling them. I'm looking for something along the lines of a Chili Red, Salt Pack with silver interior and Chrome Line Exterior. Or if something comes along thats similar so I dont have wait till April/May it shall be considered ![]() |

| Nice TTs......... | Thats Bolands then? I know my dealer in Letterkenny has a red ONE in stock, the chrome pack is easily fitted anyway if it isn't on the car - if you want to PM me, I can give you contact details - they sell a lot of cars into Dublin due to being a little more 'eager to deal' than the city dealers with more customers than cars............ ![]() ![]() Global Moderator |

Offline | Yup that's right. I'll stick with them though, see what they can do. It's just more convenient! I rang a few places up the country though and there's a few similar specced cars floating around, so it looks good! |
